WGC TEAM INFORMATION, CALENDAR & SCHEDULE: FOR PARENTS AND GIRLS
The WGC team program follows the levels and guidelines set forth by USA Gymnastics, the governing body of gymnastics in the United States. The WGC team girls compete in Levels 4-10. WGBA (Wichita Gymnastics Booster Association) has many fundraising activities that help defray the costs of competitions.

2011 FALL TEAM SCHEDULE
Please remember we do about 10 minutes of pre-conditioning (to prevent ankle and wrist injury) BEFORE we start conditioning at 4:30 pm (please arrive 10 minutes early).
Optional (Levels 7-10)
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 4:30 - 8 pm, Friday 4:30 - 7:30 pm, Saturday 9 am - 1 pm
Old Level 5 and 6
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 4:30 - 8 pm AND Saturday 9 am - 1 pm
If you'd like an extra day: Friday 4:30 - 7:30 pm
Old Level 4
Monday and Thursday 4:30 - 8 pm AND Saturday 9 am - 1 pm
If you'd like an extra day: Tuesday 4:30 - 8 pm
New Level 4
Wednesday and Friday from 4:30 - 7:30 pm
