It will be the easiest party you ever hosted because we do it all. Who sets up? We do. Who entertains the guests? We do. Who cleans up? We do. Who provides the paper products and juice box for every child? We do. The birthday child even gets a t-shirt!
We even have summer swim and gym parties - just ask us about them!
The details of a WGC birthday party:
- One and a half hours of exciting activities and fun.
- The first hour includes organized games, a rock wall, zip line, obstacle course, maze and ring challenge.
- The next half hour of the party is for you to eat cake and open presents. Longer parties are available upon request.
- You can arrive 15 minutes prior to your party to set up.
- Parties are recommended for children ages 4 - 11.
- Each child participating in the party MUST have a release form signed by a parent or legal guardian before the party begins. If a child's parent will not be attending with them, please print the release form, have the parent sign it and bring it with you.
Pricing:
- Standard Party for the first 10 children for WGC members is $125.00.
- Standard Party for the first 10 children for WGC non-members is $150.00.
- Each additional child is $5/per child.
- Please add $50 for every additional thirty minutes (must be scheduled in advance).
- All parties require a $10.00 non-refundable deposit to hold your party date. The deposit will be applied to your party balance which is due the day of the party.
- Tips are always appreciated.
What's Included:
- Tablecloth
- Plates, Napkins, Forks and Spoons
- One juice box per child
- Birthday child receives a WGC t-shirt
- We set up and clean up
What should you bring:
- The cake and the birthday child
- You may bring other food and beverages if you'd like.
Important Notes:
- Each child participating in the party MUST have a signed release form by a parent or legal guardian before the party begins. Click here to print them for parents' signatures. Please bring them with you.
- Children are allowed on the equipment only with instructor supervision.
- Although we invite parents and other adults to stay for the party, adults are not allowed on any equipment at anytime. Adults must sign a waiver if they wish to step onto the gym floor to take pictures.
