LAND OF OZ - 2009: Final Results - 2009: General Info
KANSAS STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS - RESULTS March 27 - 29, 2009, Century II - WGC is honored to host the Kansas State competition in 2009. The best gymnasts in Kansas will compete for a chance to advance to regional and national competitions. More than 600 girls in levels 4-10 will compete in the 3-day event. Levels 8, 9, and 10 gymnasts will compete to qualify for regional competition and then to advance to National Championships. We will have a schedule of events at the desk near the middle of March. We'd love to see the WGC family in attendance to cheer on our girls. Check at the desk for more details. Download general information and T-shirt Order form. Final Schedule. Final Schedule - Word Document SUMMER CLASS SCHEDULE - Enrollment begins April 27. Check out - Summer Session Schedule, KidzKamp Schedule, and Swim Lessons. MAKING UP MISSED CLASSES - Check with Linda at the desk for make up times or call 634-1900. During the summer, you may make up any missed gymnastics classes at your convenience. Make up as many as you miss. SUMMER PROGRAM: Swim & Gym - Check out our Swim & Gym classes, which feature 30 minutes of swimming time (not lessons) following your child's gymnastics class. Look for classes marked with a *. SUMMER PROGRAM: Gymnastics - We offer the terrific gymnastics classes in the day time as well as in the evenings during out summer sessions. Even if you plan to travel this summer, you can always make-up gymnastics classes at your convenience! We also offer Swim and Gym classes, which includes a fun-swim time (not lessons) after gymnastics during the day. SUMMER PROGRAM: Swim Lessons - There's no better place to take swimming lessons than our heated, outdoor pool! Each session runs Monday-Thursday for two weeks, for a total of eight 30-minute sessions. Classes for 6 months to 12 years. Enroll early: our first two sessions (June 1-11 and 15-25) fill up fast! SUMMER PROGRAM: Summer Day Camps - Held Monday - Thursdays from 1-4 PM, our camps consist of gymnastics, swimming, games, arts & crafts and tons of fun! Come for one week, two weeks or the whole summer! REMEMBER - We do NOT automatically enroll you for the next session! You must let us know and put down the $10.00 deposit or $15.00 yearly registration fee. Classes filling up fast, so Parent's Week is the best time to sign up for the next session. Get Enrollment Form. BACK HANDSPRING CLINICS - Clinics focus on proper technique to obtain the back handspring skill. The clinic is for boy and girl gymnasts or cheerleaders 6 1/2 years old and up. 2009 dates so far are Saturday, April 4th & May 2 from 1:00 - 2:15PM. The cost is just $15.
